Bird Redux

Yes, this is the same bird as yesterday. Isn’t it wonderful what one can do with a little more time, a little more paint, and a pair of scissors? Watercolor and a touch of Sharpie fine-point black marker on 140 lb. cold pressed paper.

  1. Wow, they´re both beautiful, but the computer version to me is amazing!!! Couldn´t you make a textile pattern out of that one? It would look so pretty and exotic on a summer dress… Really lovely!!!

    1. LOL about a textile pattern with the bird. It’s an idea! I am still trying to learn how to improve my “repeats” in textile and getting a good arrangement going. It’s a thought. Thanks for the suggest and encouraging words, Ann!
